I have contacted Ubisoft support 3 times now and the best support I got was them telling me to have a techician sent from my ISP because We don't know the problem. If only Ubisoft cared, I have done literally every support remedy I have seen or been told and still can't even play the game. If you still have a problem contact Ubisoft support. I'd say reset your modern and router, then restart your PS4. Apparently it has been an issue though, but this is the first I've heard of it so it probably isn't that common. My Nat is set to Open and I can access the internet from within the game but no connection showing in Lobby. At least in the beta I could see Friends and other players in the Lobby.
